Three horses

Terwijl de zebra's onderweg zijn naar Amerika, zijn drie paarden aan nu de beurt om een een nieuwe uiterlijk te krijgen. Nou ja, een paard en twee pony's. Laten we beginnen bij de kleinste:

While the zebras are on their way to America, three horses are getting a new appearance. Well, one horse and two ponies actually. Let's start with the smallest:

Hij (of zij) lag al heel lang in mijn body box met maar 3 benen. Nu zijn het er gelukkig weer 4. De pony is van de My Beautiful Horses serie, jaar twee, nummer 23. Ik heb nog een paar andere MBH paarden klaar liggen in de body box, maar toen ik net naar een catalogus foto van deze pony aan het zoeken was, kwam ik deze tegen:

He (or she, I'm not sure yet) has been waiting in my body box for a long time with only three legs, but now he has a new, forth leg. This pony is form the series: My Beautiful horses, year two, number 23.I have a few other my beautiful horses that are going to be customized, but while I was looking for a catalogue photo of this pony I found this one:

Heel toevallig heb ik dat hondje ook! Hij gaat dus strakst ook een nieuw laagje verf krijgen :)

I actually have that dog too! He's going to have some new paint too :)

De volgende, het paard, is een custom op de appalloosa merrie. Flowerin' Rose had al een hele stamboom gekregen maar er leek toch iets mis te zijn met het model. Ik heb er maar voor gekozen om haar toch te customizen naar een Spaans-type of Berber-achtig paard.

The next one, the horse, is a custom on the appaloosa mare. Flowerin' Rosa already had a pedigree, but there still seemed to be something wrong with the model. In the end I decided to customize her into a Spanish type or Berber-like horse. 

Als laatste is hier mijn nieuwe opdracht, de schleich getrainde pony. Ik heb de peesbeschermes er af geschuurd en een dun laagje primer aangebracht.

The last one is a new commission, the schleich trained pony. I sanded the bandages (is that the correct word?) off and added a thin primer layer.
